In Wednesday’s Alligator, an article incorrectly reported that a student fee to help fund Reitz Union renovations would include a $1.50 fee per credit hour. The fee would actually be $3 per credit hour.
It was reported in Tuesday’s edition of the Alligator that UF has laid off nine faculty members and 32 staff. UF has actually sent layoff notices to nine faculty and 34 staff.
In Monday's edition of the Alligator, an article incorrectly stated that Alpha Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. won Saturday's step show. This is not an existing member of the National Pan-Hellenic Council. The actual winner was Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. Also, the article said there were eight judges when there are nine judges. The article also said the winners would advance to a regional competition. However, this competition was not a qualifier for that competition.
In Monday's edition of the Alligator, an article incorrectly stated that there are 30 members of the Coalition of Immokalee Workers. In fact, there were 30 members of the coalition present at the protest Saturday.

It was reported in the Sept. 29 edition of the Alligator that Joseph McCabe was a UF student senator. While he still officially held his seat until Tuesday night, when his term ended, McCabe withdrew from the university on Sept. 14, according to the Office of the University Registrar. The registrar's office initially provided incorrect information, listing McCabe as an enrolled student, but confirmed Tuesday he had withdrawn.
