Five complaints against the Gator Party were filed Thursday by Sam Miorelli, Progress Party chief counsel.
Miorelli said a Gator Party table was located outside of the poll in Matherly Hall. The table was about 25 feet from the building, which violated the 50-foot requirement.
Stephen Fitzmaurice, who is also the Albert mascot and not affiliated with the Progress Party, filed an affidavit stating that he saw a Gator Party member take someone by the hand and lead her to the poll and ballot box in Turlington Hall.

Another of the three complaints against Hume candidate Mike Fetto was also filed. An "authority figure" at Hume Hall, who will testify on Tuesday, saw Fetto walk someone to the poll in Hume, Miorelli said.

Miorelli's fourth complaint regarded the missing "Pd. Pol. Ad" phrase on Gator Party T-shirts, which is required.
Sen. Josh Richard who lives in Hume was running his campaign next to the Hume mailboxes at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
