Pedro A. Bravo will face capital and first-degree felony charges for his alleged connection to the Christian Aguilar case.

An Alachua County grand jury indicted Bravo, 18, with first-degree murder and kidnapping late Monday afternoon, according to court records from the Alachua County Clerk of Courts.

Aguilar, 18, went missing on Sept. 20. Bravo was arrested on Sept. 28.

Police said a body has not been recovered.
