This film, directed by Lionel Rogosin, follows a storyline originated from, and acted by, average black South Africans during the Apartheid era. It uses true anecdotes to demonstrate the conditions of South Africa for the black population, and one man’s journey from the rural countryside to Johannesburg to try to make a living.
