Think your family’s wacky? Wait ‘til you meet the Novaks. The Hippodrome Theatre presents “A Miracle on South Division Street,” a heartfelt comedy by Tom Dudzick, and the perfect show for a family night out. Opens March 1, with pay-what-you-can nights on Feb. 27 and Feb. 28.
Every family has its secrets. Most don’t build a shrine to them in front of their house. In “Miracle on South Division Street,” hilarity ensues as an age-old family myth crashes headlong into reality.
You may remember the raucous laughter from Dudzick’s “Over the Tavern” and “King o’ the Moon,” but Dudzick isn’t the only one returning to the Hippodrome stage! “Miracle on South Division Street” stars beloved Gainesville actor Nell Page, combining forces once again with "Ripcord" co-stars Niall McGinty, Laura Shatkus and director V Craig Heidenreich. Hippodrome newcomer Jackie Schram rounds out the cast for what will be a comedic tour-de-farce in the Hipp's spring season.
