The Good Deed Mitzvah Marathon was held Wednesday at Turlington Plaza to honor the victims of 9/11. The event was sponsored by the Jewish Student Center, which had a goal of reaching 1,000 good deed pledges by the end of the day. The good deeds were meant to bring happiness and light to the world, even in small ways such as calling a grandparent or helping a friend with homework.
