Julia Tiplea, a 20-year-old junior UF Marine Science student and Stoneman Douglas Graduate, adds her handprint to the March For Our Lives banner. The banner is an American Flag made out of handprints of students and activists to symbolize how we need to unite as a nation and that “the young people will win.” March For Our Lives Gainesville coordinated the event with the National March For Our Lives team in order to get students to vote in the upcoming election.
