The Gators fell to a three-way tie for seventh in Monday's edition of the Inside Lacrosse Maverik Women's Division I Media Poll.

The two-position drop ties Florida (5-2) with Dartmouth (7-0), who it lost to Tuesday, and USC (6-0). UF won Saturday's game against High Point to split the week's contests and cushion its fall from the top five.

The Gators have two remaining games against consensus ranked opponents this season against No. 1 UNC (Mar. 21) and No. 15 Princeton (Mar. 24). This year, they are 3-2 against ranked opponents, including 2-0 against top-three teams; they are also 0-2 following those wins.

Florida is also ranked seventh in the Nike/US Lacrosse Division I Women's Top 20 poll and sits one spot behind in the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association poll.

In addition to maintaining a top-10 ranking, three Gators were awarded weekly AAC accolades.

Junior midfielder Shannon Kavanagh came away with Midfielder of the Week after scoring 10 points and controlling 20 draws, including tying her personal-best 13 DCs Saturday. It's the fourth time this season she'd been the Midfielder of the Week.

Junior defender Kaitlyn Dabkowski earned the first weekly accolade of her career after being named to the conference's Honor Roll. She had two stout performances last week where she registered three draw controls, two ground balls, and one caused turnover Tuesday and held High Point's Ashley Britton to 0 of 7 shooting Saturday.

Redshirt junior midfielder Brianna Harris joined Dabkowski on the Honor Roll, her second of the season. Last week she recorded 13 points on eight goals and five assists while also adding four groundballs and two draw controls.

The Gators will play Navy Tuesday at noon. The Midshipmen are ranked 19th in the IWLCA poll.
