For this week’s DIY craft, I thought I would get away from the keys theme and move on to candles.
I absolutely love candles and I have one burning almost all the time in my apartment. I wanted to make my own candleholder, so I found a simple way to make my own with just rubber bands, spray paint, and a small, glass vase. I bought the vase at Joann Fabric and the rubber bands at Office Max.

Step 1: Wrap rubber bands around the vase at random spots

Step 2: Spray paint over the rubber bands. From looking at my picture, I noticed that I should have painted another coat. So my suggestion to you is to paint the first coat evenly, then paint a second one.

Step 3: Wait about 30 minutes so the paint dries really well before taking the rubber bands off
You can put a tea light candle or another candle you already have that fits inside of the glass vase.
And there you have it, an easy way to create a trendy candleholder in just three steps!
