When a Discord user asked Kelly to stop harassing people in the UF community, he told them no. He said he knows what he’s doing and that he can’t get in trouble because of his diagnosis.
In the same email to a business professor, Kelly threatens a “warning shot.” UPD reached out to the Bowling Green Police Department where Kelly lives to request a wellness check on him after receiving the email.
