The fear aroused for Jews around the world is a fraction of what the people in Israel are currently experiencing. The barbaric massacre of Jewish people on Oct. 7 marks the largest number of Jews murdered in a single day since the Holocaust.

Being Jewish means wanting to stop politicizing human rights

What it means to be Jewish transformed for me on Monday. At 8:55 p.m. in Turlington Plaza, a loud noise ruptured the silence of prayer. On Monday, identifying as a Jew meant running as fast as I could without realizing the road was shredding the soles of my feet because my Birkenstocks were pulled out from under me in the mass exodus

Gators leave Chapel Hill as 2023 Tar Heel Invitational champions

The team teed off Monday at the Governors Club in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. UF came out victorious in the 14-team tournament. Senior Maisie Filler shot the second lowest score in program history in the opening round. Her impressive 8-under 64 first round lead the way for the Gators. Filler’s outing earned her first place on the player leaderboard through the first 36 holes.

UF Planned Parenthood Generation Action, College Democrats, Young Democratic Socialists of America, and other student organizations are getting involved with the statewide initiative to get abortion on the ballot for the 2024 election cycle.
