A Regional Transit System bus rolled over its 42-year-old driver on McCarty Drive on Monday night.
Lt. Paul Clendenin, with the University Police Department, said he could not reveal the nature of the driver's injuries or the driver's name.
The driver was taken to Shands at UF, he said.
He said UPD would investigate further into the matter.
The bus, number 236, remained on the grass on the inside of the Reitz Union bus loop half an hour after the reported time of the incident.
