Quincy Wilson prepares for a play during Florida's 32-0 win over North Texas on Sept. 17, 2016, at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.

Defensive back Quincy Wilson said he will declare for the NFL Draft.

Wilson told SI.com on Tuesday of his decision to skip his senior season.

“I think Florida did the best job they could to prepare me for this moment,” Wilson told SI. “They’ve done everything they could to help build me into the football player I am today.”

The junior defensive back capped the year with three interceptions, including a 78-yard pick returned for a touchdown in UF's 2016 homecoming game against Missouri.

Bleacher Report’s Matt Miller called the 6-foot-1, 213-pound junior the best cornerback in the draft and predicted the Titans will select him with the 18th pick.

“It’s something I dreamed about since I was five or six years old, to play in the NFL,” Wilson told SI.

Offensive lineman to declare as well

Left tackle David Sharpe also announced he will leave for the draft Tuesday on Twitter.

“I just want to thank the University of Florida for everything they’ve done for me and 3 years of life changing experiences,” he wrote. “Appreciate all the support throughout the years and I’ll always love gator nation!!”
