We were all extremely disturbed to read how Ashley Gregg was recently treated by one of their drivers.
Even though we were not there to witness the incident as it unfolded, it is very easy for us to imagine the completely rude and disrespectful manner she was spoken, to as we watch it happen all the time.
We have often been accused of this same thing, but it is usually warranted, and we don't steal cars.
The fact that Gregg is physically disabled makes this even more appalling.
We are offended as longtime Gainesville residents and as humans.
Gregg deserves an apology and much more from Driver No. 426 and Ultimate Towing.
