A Gainesville man is facing six charges and a $92,000 bail after an argument Tuesday that left one victim with bloodied lips.
Terrence Williams, 29, was in a fight about loud music and punched the victim in the mouth, cutting the victim’s upper and lower lips open, police said.
A witness tried to break up the fight until Williams pulled out a gun and pointed it at the victim, according to a police report.
The victim escaped when Williams dropped his weapon and left in a car, police said.
Williams was found outside of Gardenia Gardens Apartments, 1700 NE Eighth Ave. Police found three semi-automatic handguns, about 200 rounds of ammunition and a safe containing about half a gram of marijuana in plain sight, police said.
Williams is charged with one count of aggravated assault, one count of simple battery, two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon, one count of possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
