Fun things for kids the Gainesville City Commission is doing this month

1. The Regional Transit System will send a bus to Baby Gators at UF on March 25. The kids will get to have a bus tour and learn about the bus system

2. A spring break camp for kids 6 to 13 years old starts March 28. There is an environmental camp where kids get to explore Morningside Nature Center, a recreation day camp and a swimming camp where kids learn to swim. The swim camp starts Friday.

3. Gainesville Fire Rescue will send one fire engine to Metcalfe Elementary School from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday for a game day and one to Westside Park on Saturday from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. for the Great American Cleanup.
