The beats, the lights, the boys, the girls, the clothes.

Every summer millions of people around the world head out to jam out at their favorite music festivals. Although most claim that it’s about connecting with the spirit of the music, to many it’s all one big fashion show. Who has the most outstanding look?

While you may have already taken our pointers from last year’s Coachella, the festivals rage on as the summer sizzles, and you’ll need more inspiration for attire. Here are a few looks to take note from, and similar pieces available at British brand, House of Fraser.

Before you turn up the glam, remember that festivals are all about being comfortable. If you plan on jumping around for hours, you’ll need an outfit that can keep up. This Fashionista turned up the heat in a simple T-shirt, a denim blouse and festive, tribal print Spandex-like shorts at the Governor’s Ball.

Work the laid-back beauty queen look in a knotted button-down shirt and cool printed shorts, a fun way to show your wild side. Hint: borrowing your boyfriend’s button down for this occasion is totally OK. If you look great, no one will care that you’re wearing men’s clothes.

Lounging at a pre-festival party, like this Coachella girl, provides the opportunity for a more lenient outfit. Try a flirty flared skirt, since you wont be jumping around. With the lack of mud, you can throw on a cute white top, possibly the chicest summer color.

Let your natural glamor shine in tasteful attire. Royal tones and bold floral prints give a feminine splash to a rough event. Throw on some accessories for extra sparkle, but keep them to a minimum because you wouldn’t want to ruin or lose your favorite pieces.

Don’t forget to protect your toes in the proper footwear. A good pair of rain boots can save you from having to wash off dried mud and will offer protection in the madness that is the mosh pit. Rain boots may exceed their shielding function and actually enhance an outfit, like this Fashionista who paired forest green wellies with matching flora and fauna top and skirt at Glastonbury.
