Prices:

1x1 starts at $970 per month

2x2 starts at $985 per room

4x4 starts at $794 per room

Available units: 12 different floor plans;

five different 1x1s

two different 2x2s

four different 4x4s

Pet-friendly: No

Parking: $150 a month for a car, and $65 a month for standard scooter parking

Amenities: washer and dryers, high speed cable and internet included in rent each month. There will be no separate amenities, such as a pool or study area.

Furnished or unfurnished: The rooms come fully furnished, including the bedroom and living room.

Leasing deals: None at the moment

The Quad Luxury Apartments in Midtown

219 NW 19th St.

When it opens: move-in date of August 15

Prices:

Studio apartment starts at $1,050

1x1 starts at $1,295

2x2 starts at $795 per bedroom

4x4 starts at $750 per bedroom

Available units: studios, 1x1s, 2x2s and 4x4s

A studio is smaller than a 1x1 and does not have anything between the living room and bedroom

All 1x1 and studio apartments are sold out

Pet-friendly: No

Parking: $75 per month for car assigned parking, and $120 a year for scooter parking

Amenities: The rooms come with free high speed internet, 24/7 emergency maintenance, pest control and trash pick up

Furnished or unfurnished: unfurnished, but will have a washer and dryer and kitchen appliances

Leasing deals: The current prices are a pre-construction special, but the rates will eventually increase

The complex’s management declined to comment until a later date.
