On the first day of Early Signing Day Dec. 3, Florida secured a number of official commitments. Stay tuned for updates throughout the remainder of the signing period.

As of 10:45 a.m., Florida has secured 12 official commitments.
Quarterback Will Griffin:
One of the top high school signal-callers in the nation, four-star Will Griffin officially committed to Florida over 24 other programs, including Georgia, Ohio State and Michigan. From Tampa, Griffin has played 64 games at Jesuit High School, completing 62% of his passes for 12,299 yards, 143 touchdowns and 43 interceptions. He has also added 759 rushing yards and 18 touchdowns on the ground.
The 6-foot-3, 230 pound quarterback is the all-time leading passer in the Tampa Bay Area and has participated in events such as the Elite 11 Finals and the Under Armour All-America Game. Griffin ranks as the No. 243 overall player and the No. 16 quarterback in the 2026 Class, per the Rivals Industry Rankings.
Wide receiver Marquez Daniel:
From Tuskegee, Alabama, four-star wide receiver Marquez Daniel chose the Gators over Auburn and 27 other programs. Standing 6-foot-5, Daniel has scored 18 touchdowns for Booker T. Washington High School over the past two seasons.
Daniel is the No. 272 overall player and the No. 45 wide receiver in the 2026 Class, per the Rivals Industry Rankings.
Edge rusher KJ Ford:
Another premier pass-rushing recruit, four-star KJ Ford of Duncanville, Texas picked the Gators over 37 other schools, including Ohio State, Texas A&M and Alabama. A 2025 Under Armour All-American game participant, Ford racked up 12 tackles for loss and five sacks in just seven games in 2025.
The 6-foot-3.5 tall, 245 pound pass rusher is ranked the No. 148 overall player and the No. 18 edge rusher in the 2026 Class, per the Rivals Industry Rankings.
Defensive lineman JaReylan McCoy:
One of the most highly-touted recruits in the 2026 Class, four-star defensive lineman JaReylan McCoy officially chose Florida on Wednesday. He received 36 total offers and signed with the Gators over Texas and Louisiana State.
A 2024 Under Armour All-American game participant, the 6-foot-6 McCoy has been dominant at Tupelo High School in Mississippi. In 2025, he racked up 56 tackles, 16 tackles for loss and seven sacks. McCoy is the No. 155 overall player and the No. 17 defensive lineman in the 2026 Class, per the Rivals Industry Rankings.
Interior offensive lineman Desmond Green:
A three-star recruit out of St. Stephen, South Carolina, Desmond Green chose the Gators over 19 other programs, such as Georgia and South Carolina. Listed at 6-foot-4.5 and 354 pounds, Green is the No. 832 overall player and the No. 78 interior offensive lineman in the 2026 Class, per the Rivals Industry Rankings.
Offensive tackle Chancellor Campbell:
From St. Petersburg, Florida, three-star offensive tackle Chancellor Campbell picked UF over 17 other schools, which included Georgia and Penn State. Listed at 6-foot-8 and 295 pounds, Campbell has been a force at Lakewood High School. He is the No. 579 overall player and the No. 44 offensive tackle in the 2026 Class, per the Rivals Industry Rankings.
Cornerback CJ Bronaugh:
One of the top defensive backs in the 2026 Class, four-star CJ Bronaugh chose the Gators over 26 other programs, including Florida State, Ohio State and Nebraska. From Winter Garden, Florida, Bronaugh has shined at Windermere High School and was named the MVP of the defensive backs at the 2025 Under Armour Next Camp.
Bronaugh, who is listed at 6-foot-1 and 186 pounds, is also a three-time Florida state champion sprinter. He ran a 10.34 100-meter dash and captured back-to-back Florida 1A titles in that event in 2023 and 2024. Bronaugh is the No. 98 player and No. 11 cornerback in the 2026 Class, per the Rivals Industry Rankings.
Offensive tackle Javarii Luckas:
Luckas, from Belle Glade, Florida, is related to former Florida running backs Fred Taylor and Kelvin Taylor, and now, he becomes a Gator himself. A three-star recruit that ranks No. 1094 overall in the 2026 Class, per the Rivals Industry Rankings, Luckas stands 6-foot-5 and weighs 305 pounds.
Athlete Heze Kent:
Heze Kent, a four-star athlete, officially signed with Florida after being pursued by 38 programs. He chose the Gators over Miami, Florida State and Texas. Kent is ranked as the No. 264 player in the 2026 Class, per the Rivals Industry Rankings.
A high school tight end listed at 6-foot-6 and 300 pounds, Kent is projected to move to either the offensive or defensive line in college. As a tight end, he has been productive at Brunswick High School in Georgia. Over the past two seasons, he has scored 32 total touchdowns over 22 games.
Linebacker Malik Morris:
From Lakeland, Florida, Malik Morris is a four-star linebacker who received 32 offers and chose UF over Miami and Texas A&M. He was named the Ledger All-County Defensive Player of the Year in 2024. That year, he recorded 95 tackles and nine sacks in nine games.
Standing 6-foot-1 and weighing 225 pounds, Morris is the No. 304 overall player and No. 17 linebacker in this years' class, per the Rivals Industry Rankings.
Athlete Justin Williams:
Four-star athlete Justin Williams was the second Gator to sign on Wednesday. A Gainesville native, Williams has been ultra-productive in his time at Buchholz High School. In 2025, he ran 76 times for 492 yards and nine touchdowns while catching 64 passes for 1,059 yards and 12 touchdowns. In 2024, he became the first Florida high school player to have 1,000 yards rushing and receiving since Devin Hester.
The 5-foot-11 offensive weapon received 27 offers and chose the Gators over Ole Miss and Indiana. He is the No. 159 overall player in the 2026 Class and the No. 24 wide receiver, per the Rivals Industry Ranking.
Offensive tackle Tyler Chukuyem:
UF's first commit today was four-star offensive tackle Tyler Chukuyem, who had 24 offers and chose the Gators over Ole Miss, Cincinnati and Florida State. Chukuyem, from Douglasville, Georgia, is the No. 283 overall player and the No. 25 offensive tackle in the 2026 Class, per the Rivals Industry Ranking. He is listed at 6-foot-6 and weighs 290 pounds.
