Tavellion Ullah, a 26-year-old Gainesville man, was arrested Monday on charges of indecent exposure.
Ullah was sitting in his car with the door open at Kiwanis Challenge Park in northwest Gainesville. A 41-year-old Gainesville woman was sitting in her car nearby when she saw Ullah masturbating with his genitals exposed, according to the arrest report.
The woman said she was disturbed by what she saw. According to the report, she recorded a video of him and called the Gainesville Police Department.
Ullah was arrested at the scene and told officers he wasn’t masturbating. He said he was “just hanging out” before he started his Uber Eats shift, according to the report. He continued to deny it after law enforcement told him the incident was captured on video.
He was booked into Alachua County Jail where he awaits trial. His bond is set at $150,000.
