Karen DeConna, 56-year-old owner of Jersey’s Creamery, sells handmade frozen custard during the Swallowtail Farm Fall Festival on Nov. 14, 2015. The Micanopy ice cream shop is named for the mini jersey cows DeConna’s farm raises. “My cow technically started the creamery seven years ago,” she said.
