Dillon Basse, the 21-year-old lead singer and rhythm guitarist of Flipturn, performed Tuesday during a pop-up show on Turlington Plaza. About 40 people listened to the pop-up, and it promoted Flipturn’s upcoming performance during the 2019 Changeville music and arts festival on Feb. 7 and 8.
