Discussing Diversity

PJ Jones, the assistant director of UF Multicultural and Diversity Affairs, speaks to a room of about 15 women Tuesday evening during a Respect, Equity and Allyship for Leaders Talk workshop with the theme of “becoming allies.” The UF Bateman Team, along with the Women’s Student Association and the Multicultural and Diversity Affairs, sponsored the two-hour session, which included topics such as race, gender and cultural biases.
