A Gainesville woman is accused of stalking her husband Tuesday afternoon.

Sabrina Wagner, 48, of Southeast 13th Place, is accused of climbing through an unlocked bedroom window into her estranged husband’s house Tuesday, according to the Gainesville Police report.

She then called his cell phone from his home phone three times, as well as 14 other times throughout the day from various phones. Wagner remained in the house until her husband came home, the report said. She refused to leave.

When her husband said he was going to call law enforcement, Wagner responded by threatening to kill him, the report said.

Wagner was arrested for aggravated stalking and violation of a domestic violence induction, according to the report.

Prior to the incident, Wagner received a domestic violence induction June 4, a court order requiring that she stay 500 feet away from her husband’s home at all times, the GPD report said. The victim told police he has been married to Wagner for about 21 years.

Wagner is currently being held at Alachua County Jail with her bond set at $10,000.
