The Gators basketball team is riding a wave of momentum back to the Sweet Sixteen for the first time in three seasons. For that, Florida fans can thank the Gators defense, which put on a truly absurd display of dominance in No. 4 seed UF’s 65-39 win over No. 5 seed Virginia on Saturday in Orlando.

JACKSONVILLE - At the end of the first rotation, LSU’s Ashleigh Gnat sprinted towards the vault and perfection. With her yurchenko double full, the senior from Lake Mary, Florida notched her third perfect 10 of the season on the apparatus, putting the Tigers up .20 over the Gators.
