Jermaine Cunningham and Jon Demps were released from jail earlier this afternoon, an Alachua County Jail Official said.
Cunningham and Demps were charged with misdemeanor charges early Wednesday morning.
UF coach Urban Meyer commented on Cunningham's, a starting defensive end, at practice Monday.
"Once I know the whole thing, I'll let you know what we're going to do, I'll let you know how serious it was. I'm kind of getting some reports that sounds like complete ignorance is what it sounds like. I guess in my world I got to deal with a lot of ignorance, you know?"
Meyer on if he will implement a curfew for the team:
"I talked to them about it, but I'm not going to be out chasing them around and all that. What I got to do is really develop and recruit guys that I think are going to bed on time. I've also been in college one time and know what goes on. So we just got to keep teaching them. I have curfew when we go on the road or something like that, but no I'm not going to do that. Either eliminate them or discipline them and try not to let it happen again."
