Summer's begun and so have the blockbusters. Whether you're looking for something to do on a rainy day or have some free time to kill, you might be wondering which films hit or miss. Below is a list of a few new releases and where they fall on the must-see scale.

"Iron Man"

You can't miss this Marvel comic come to life. This superhero flick has all the key ingredients for a blockbuster success. It's modernized with an action-filled plot with clever dialogue and striking CGI effects. And just wait until you see the famous Iron Man suit. Robert Downey Jr. pulls off a flawless genius-playboy-turned-hero Tony Stark, and Gwyneth Paltrow, Terrence Howard and Jeff Bridges carry their own in supportive roles.

"Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay"

Looking for something to take your mind off your lame summer job and daily classes? This movie will have you falling out of your chair. Filled with crude jokes, racial humor and of course, plenty of pot, Harold (John Cho) and Kumar (Kal Penn) run into every dilemma imaginable while on the run from Homeland Security after being arrested as alleged terrorists on a flight to Amsterdam. Even if you haven't seen the movie's prequel, you can still fully enjoy this one. And fear not, Neil Patrick Harris is back.

"Forgetting Sarah Marshall"

If you're bored and have exhausted our other movie options, this is the flick for you. A goofy composer (Jason Segel) is trying to get over his actress ex-girlfriend (Kristen Bell) by taking a vacation to Hawaii, where he inevitably runs into her and her new rocker boyfriend. Warning: If you're sensitive to male nudity, you may want to skip this film. There are several full-frontal views of Segel, who plays the lead role of Peter. The plot is a little weak, but if you've enjoyed "Knocked Up" and "The 40-Year-Old Virgin," you'll appreciate this same style of humor.
