Nathan Sturgis, the older brother of UF kicker Caleb Sturgis, was named to the 2008 Olympic Soccer team Thursday. Sturgis, 21, is a graduate of St. Augustine's Nease High School. He went on to play two seasons for Clemson University before leaving school early to play in Major League Soccer. Sturgis was selected 12 overall by the Los Angeles Galaxy in the 2006 MLS Draft. Sturgis is currently a member of Real Salt Lake.
