In the July 29 editorial entitled "Misplaced Priorities: Fla. universities should shun political hires," we erroneously stated that Florida House Speaker Marco Rubio does not hold an advanced degree. He holds a juris doctor degree from the University of Miami.
We would like to apologize to Mr. Rubio and our readers for this oversight.
