Senior midfielder Ameera Abdullah cashed in Monday for her two goals against Tennessee on Sunday.

Abdullah was named to the TopDrawer Soccer.com National Team of the Week after the Gators dismantled the Volunteers 5-1.

She is the second UF player to receive the accolade this season. Sophomore goalkeeper Katie Fraine nabbed the honor on Sept. 8.

Abdullah scored the first two goals of the match and, in the process, surpassed the career 50-point mark, making her just the 14th Gator to do so.

UF is now 2-0 in conference play.
