Gainesville Police are on the lookout for a man who robbed a Kangaroo Express on Southeast Fourth Street Wednesday night.
The gas station was robbed at 8:46 p.m. Wednesday, a GPD report stated.
A man, masked by a black bandanna with white polka dots, entered the building, pulled out a black handgun and asked for all the contents of the cash register, it stated.

The man could have been traveling in a dark, four-door car.
The clerk told police he saw the car pass the store before the robbery and stop, leaving its headlights on.
After the robbery, it was gone, the report stated.
The man is described as black and six feet tall, with a medium build.
He was last seen wearing a black ski cap, black T-shirt, black shorts and black sneakers with a white design on the side, the report stated. Police will continue to investigate.
