The Gators will open the season on Nov.14 against Toledo in the O'Connell Center during the first round of the O'Reilly Classic.
Toledo finished 11-19 last season and went 8-9 in the Mid-American Conference.
UF will then face Bradley on Nov.16.
Bradley finished 21-17 last year and reached the finals of the inagural College Basketball Invitational Postseason Tournament.
The Braves made it to the Sweet 16 in 2006. The same year that the Gators won the first of their two national titles.
UF will face Big East power Syracuse in the second round of the O'Reilly Classic. The Gators will take on the Orange on Nov.24 at the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Mo.
