The UF women's cross country team was ranked 15th in the nation on Tuesday by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
On Monday, the women's team was ranked No. 2 in the South Regional Preseason Rankings. In the same poll, the UF men's team was ranked fourth in the region.
Both teams open their seasons on Saturday in the Mountain Dew Invitational at the UF Golf Course.
