As everyone got hyped up to see "The Hangover Part II," excited for the sequel to one of the greatest comedy movies, many were greatly disappointed at the plot as it was a mirror image of the original.

As "The Hangover Part III" fast approaches, many are thinking the same thing.  The funny thing is, they’ll still pay $10 for the movie ticket to watch it.  Why?  Curiosity and a smidgen of hope that it’ll be different.

How many nights can one group of guys be drugged and go on a crazy adventure that they can’t remember the next morning?  Well according to Todd Phillips, director of "The Hangover" trilogy, the plot for Part III will be completely original and not be just another carbon copy of the first movie.

The story line of "The Hangover Part III" begins with the death of “Fatboy” Alan’s father.  Alan (Zach Galifianakis) has gone off his meds and with his father’s passing, he seems crazier than ever.

In order to help their friend, the beloved Wolfpack, assembles once again, this time to go on a road trip to bring Alan to a psychiatric hospital.  However, as the past two movies in the trilogy may suggest, things don’t go as planned.

With the return of Leslie Chow (Ken Jeong), things are sure to get hectic.  The cocaine-addicted rebel, who seems to be the base of the boys’ troubles in the past two movies, finds himself once again on the run, but that’s just how he likes it.

Mr. Chow steals $21 million from a ruthless John Goodman and Doug (Justin Bartha) is his insurance policy in getting it back. The remaining members of the Wolfpack, Alan, Phil (Bradley Cooper) and Stu (Ed Helms), must now find Chow and save their friend.

To be perfectly honest, the whole plot of the first movie was a brilliant idea which is why it made $467.5 million in gross sales worldwide while in theatres.  Seeing as it was such a success, a spark was lit for "The Hangover Part II," as the audience predicted it would be just as funny and wild as the first!  This spark ignited as global sales for the sequel resulted a little under $600 million.  However, as I said earlier, the second was a disappointment for many.

So what is MY prediction for "The Hangover Part III?"  With the assurance from the director that this movie will implement a new plot and fresh jokes to bring to the comedy scene, my hopes have risen.

As Phil hangs from a building and Chow gets into cock-fighting, the trailer suggests this movie will be one to watch. As I’ve talked to people around Gainesville, some are just in love with the idea of the Hangover movies and will see it regardless of the disappointing Part II.  Others will wait until they can buy it for $1 at Redbox.
