This season has always been a great one for summer blockbusters, but it's not always the best time for TV. Fortunately, I have a list of what to watch this week, including both TV and movie hits.

Since the normal TV season typically produces new seasons of shows from September to May, it can be hard to find a good show to enjoy during the summer. However, networks like ABC Family, MTV and Fox are in full swing with reality TV and dramas.

Although they have already started, new seasons of “Teen Wolf” and “Awkward” have been going strong on MTV. “Awkward” just finished the first half of its new 20-episode third season and has been full of twists and “Oh no you didn’t!” moments. On Monday night, “Teen Wolf” had its second episode of the new season. It’s a very thrilling show for both genders, so check it out, along with “Awkward.” Need to catch up? Check them out online.

As the die-hard fans already know, the fourth season of “Pretty Little Liars” recently began Tuesday nights on ABC Family. The show is definitely a bit hard to follow if you’ve never seen it before, so I would suggest watching the first three seasons to catch up. I’m excited to see what the creators will come up with this season, because it seems like every possible curve has already been executed for these four best friends. If you missed Tuesday, this show is also online.

My reality show pick this week is “So You Think You Can Dance” on Fox. The Top 20 dancers were revealed earlier this week, further proving how much talent will be on the live shows coming up this summer. And the show has always produced some jaw-dropping talents.

As far as movies are concerned, if you want a laugh this week, go see “This Is The End.” Starring James Franco, Seth Rogen and Jonah Hill, it is definitely the funniest movie I have seen this year, period. The compilation of big-name actors actually played to the movies advantage.

Also, be sure to watch Game 7 of the NBA Finals on ABC tonight as the Heat takes on the Spurs at 9:00 p.m. Can’t forget sports.
