On Tuesday, Molly Minta will go to Marston Science Library to vote in the UF Student Government elections.

“It’s important to me to make sure my voice is heard,” the 19-year-old UF political science freshman said.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, students can use their Gator 1 Cards to vote for 50 student senators based on college and credit hour, Student Body president, Student Body vice President and Student Body Treasurer. Polls will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Students can also vote for online voting.

“Students should vote in order to have their voices heard,” Erica Baker, the UF supervisor of elections, wrote in an email.

If a polling location experiences issues, poll workers will direct students to another polling location.

She said students who requested absentee ballots can mail in their ballots.

VOTING LOCATIONS:

Broward Hall, in the library on the first floor

J. Hillis Miller Health Science Center C2-041C

Heavener Hall Academic Success Suite, Room 202

Jennings Hall, in the library on the first floor
