This year’s election has been the spotlight of many conversations, and we want to make sure the new leaders are aware of the issues facing their people.
President-elect Donald Trump will be taking office during a crucial time for foreign aid investment, and it is vital that the U.S. Agency for International Development continues to administer global humanitarian assistance.
UF Results recently went to Washington D.C. to lobby on Capitol Hill in support of the Reach Every Mother and Child Act. This life-changing act aims to save the lives of mothers and children around the world from preventable diseases. With over 200 signatures, Congress has shown immense support for the bill, but our work isn’t over yet. If the bill doesn’t get enough support from Congress, it will not be passed.
We need your help to push this necessary piece of legislation forward, because it is the impetus for Congress to take the helm and save millions of mothers’ and childrens' lives.
