Nicole Sieling, a 19-year-old UF biomedical engineering sophomore, comforts a cat coming out of surgery during the UF College of Veterinary Medicine’s Operation Catnip on Sunday. Every month, an average of 100 volunteers help spay, neuter and vaccinate an average of 200 cats per event.
