Smith received four recommended felony charges from the Gainesville Police Department on Wednesday after police said he payed his rent with someone else’s credit card information. Smith had already received 18 recommended felony charges from University Police on Monday after police said he took over $5000 via stolen credit card information, according to UPD reports.
