Time to Travel Seen through the wooden slats of a world clock tower, Cindy Tarter (left), a UF coordinator at the International Center, and Isabella Bobadilla, an 18-year-old history freshman, sit and talk to passing students about the UF International Scholars Program and Peace Corp Prep behind the Hub Wednesday.
