Over 500 runners were expected at the first Pumpkin Run 5k at Depot Park on Saturday morning. Runners received a shirt, pumpkin bread and a coupon for a free pumpkin from the Buy A Pumpkin Feed A Child pumpkin patch. Proceeds from the race went to feeding hungry children in Alachua County and Chiquimula, Guatemala.
