City Commissioner David Arreola cuts the ribbon for the grand opening of the new road linking SW 47th Avenue and 40th Boulevard to Archer Road Tuesday at 10:30 a.m.. This road was built to give drivers a more direct route through the city as well as pull traffic off Archer Road, 34th Street and I-75.
