ORLANDO - Michigan players spent the last two days taking in the real Central Florida scene: theme parks.
The Wolverines went to Universal Studios on Friday and Disney World on Saturday.
Quarterback Chad Henne got to go to Disneyland while at the Rose Bowl last year, so he has become somewhat of an amusement aficionado.
Despite only making it on two rides due to long lines at Universal - Jaws and Men in Black - Henne prefers the Florida experience.
"Disneyland's kind of just a small feature," he said. "It's not really the real thing."
Henne waited in line with All-America left tackle Jake Long.
As usual, Long took a backseat to the quarterback as fans bugged Henne but didn't recognize him.
"People always recognize Chad and (running back) Mike (Hart) over me," Long said. "I'm a lineman. I don't need my recognition."
Florida's players also had the opportunity to visit theme parks.
It wasn't as intriguing for the Gators, since many of them grew up in Florida and have visited Disney and Universal before.
"I skipped out on a couple of them trips and spent my time laying around," fifth-year senior wide receiver Andre Caldwell said. "I've gotten a little too old. The body can't do it like it used to."
