The pregame this and that

Here are some pregame notes to satisfy your Gators appetite.

-Neither safety Jamar Hornsby nor running back Chevon Walker are dressed. Earlier in the week Urban Meyer said Hornsby should be good to go, but Walker was going through some "personal issues," according to Meyer.

-Also, although converted center Mike Pouncey is expected to play defensive tackle, it isn't listed that way on the UF pregame depth chart. Pouncey is still listed as the backup center. Pouncey said earlier in the week that d-line coach Greg Mattison said he would start, and it appears he's practicing with the first-team defense in warmups.
