UF spokeswoman Janine Sikes was misquoted in Wednesday's Alligator as saying Pi Kappa Alpha's punishment was justified.
Pi Kappa Alpha is currently contesting the way UF went about investigating and suspending the fraternity, not the suspension itself. We reported otherwise in Wednesday's Alligator.
