STD testing worth visit to doctor

In nearly every college student's life comes a rite of passage. There is nothing super sweet about this particular passage, which might cause your stomach to sink faster than if you had overslept through a microeconomics final. I'm talking about STD testing here, you wild scoundrels.

Video disses pimps, proves gullibility

I have enjoyed the hectic media buzz surrounding the widespread condemnation of ACORN - the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now - workers over the last few weeks. 101 Cantina adds modern Mexican twist

Midtown's newest restaurant by day and bar by night will ensure that no UF student needs travel to Tijuana in search of satisfying Mexican cuisine or top-shelf tequila. The recently opened 101 Cantina, a kind of "Southwestern sibling" to 101 Management Group's 101 Downtown, is situated at a premier University Avenue location right alongside The Swamp and Ben & Jerry's.

Food service provider requires oversight

As a student at UF, I am distressed to see that Aramark, the company contracted to provide food services, has seen fit to raise the prices charged by franchises in the Reitz Union and elsewhere on campus above those charged at off-campus franchise locations, especially while students are increasingly feeling financially crunched. Where is the oversight?
