This Thanksgiving and during the holiday break, many of us will be traveling home. During the long car ride or the family vacation our parents planned, we tend to eat on the unhealthy side.
Thursday afternoon, kitchens across America will be utilized to their maximum capacities. Mashed potatoes, gravy and veggies will cover the stove, while the stuffing, pies and turkey compete for space in the oven.
