FYE: Your best bets for Fall’s new shows

Summer is nearly over, which means that fall TV season is almost here. Before you fill up your DVR schedule with all your favorite shows, keep in mind that there are some great new series being rolled out for your binge-watching enjoyment.

FYE: TomorrowLand vs. TomorrowWorld

EDM Festivals seem to sell themselves these days. The genre dominates every other genre (aside from pop, of course) and people flock to all types of EDM-centric events. The most desired festival occurs in Belgium every summer: the aptly titled TomorrowLand. The festival draws in thousands of people from over one hundred and fifty countries and sets the standards for production, lineup, and overall experience.

Some days just aren’t your day. Some days we wake up on the wrong side of the bed after we miss our alarm to a broken coffee machine and a car that won’t start. Some days the only reasonable solution is to hide under the covers until tomorrow comes.

Muschamp remains confident in team despite ugly 2013

At the beginning of Florida’s 2013 season, the expectations were high. The Gators were coming off of an 11-2, Sugar Bowl berth year. They entered the year as one of the favorites to win the Southeastern Conference Eastern Division and were even considered by many as a dark horse national championship pick.

Summers breeze hopes to renew Florida O-line

Injuries, players lined up in unfamiliar positions, a mountain-sized tackle and a performance so poor it was replayed over and over again on Michael Sam’s draft highlight tape. All are unfortunate parts of Florida’s 2013 season, specifically its offensive line.

There’s never been a better time to become an Alligator columnist — OK, maybe that’s a hyperbole. Regardless, as we prepare for Fall 2014, we have a lot of unanswered questions: Who will win the Florida gubernatorial election? Will Amendment 2 (that one about medical marijuana) pass? Will voters overturn the Florida gay marriage ban? Will Pitbull do us a favor and just run for governor already?
