Winter is coming. The Christmas season is officially upon us, and Winter Break is just around the corner. In between the baking, shopping and decorating, you’re going to have a lot of free time to watch TV guilt-free. Isn’t that the greatest gift of all? Here are some of my favorite holiday episodes to get you through the next few weeks:
Most of us are still riding that high off of the Gators' recent wins against Georgia and Vanderbilt, but let’s be real — it’s been a tough two years for Florida football. Maybe Coach Muschamp finally figured out how to turn this program around, or maybe it’s a fluke. Either way, Gators fans are having a hard time staying upbeat about a team that can’t seem to find its footing. But have no fear UF students, there are plenty of fictional football success stories to raise your spirits.
The power of Amy Poehler is real, and it’s stronger than ever. Our favorite funny lady’s first book, “Yes Please,” released this week, and there’s no doubt it’s a must-read.
October is filled with some pretty scary stuff, but hearing that a loved one has breast cancer shouldn’t be one of those things.
Shonda Rhimes has officially taken over your Thursday nights.
If you had any doubt in the ‘90s and early ‘00s making a full comeback, this summer’s influx of must-see music videos should help you change your mind.
Summer is nearly over, which means that fall TV season is almost here. Before you fill up your DVR schedule with all your favorite shows, keep in mind that there are some great new series being rolled out for your binge-watching enjoyment.
There are no shortage of great love stories out there—Romeo and Juliet, The Notebook, The Way We Were and hundreds more; The Bachelorette is not one of those stories.
