The High Springs New Century Woman’s Club will be hosting “Blessing of the Pets”, a fundraiser to benefit Sunrise Wildlife Rehabilitation that is located in High Springs, Florida. The organization specializes in the rehabilitation and release of orphaned, injured or displaced wildlife in North Central Florida. Chaplain Margaret Schneider will perform the blessings. The date is March 17th 9:00 am to 12:00 pm in the front area of the Clubhouse. Please have your pets crated or leashed. Sunrise Rehabilitation director Nan Soistman will have some of the recused wildlife at the event. All donations will benefit Sunrise Wildlife Rehabilitation.
